Offsite hire of club equipment

MCC equipment is available for hire for offsite use. This is only available for club members and must booked and paid for prior to taking any equipment.

To hire:
  1. Contact the equipment officer with your request. email: equipment@manchestercanoeclub.org.uk
    On collection the offsite hire book must be filled in, this can be found in the club house main entrance.
  2. Pay the required hire fees by either
    1. In person to a committee member
    2. Or, by posting the money in clearly marked envelope in the clubs safe, also found in the main entrance.
  3. Return all equipment by the required date.
The only exception to this is for club organised trips such as MEM on Fridays where hiring of equipment can also be dealt with through the trip organiser.

The hirer is responsible for all of the equipment whilst in their procession and any damage must be reported to the equipment officer.
